What ZIP does
ZIP supplies and pitches practical camping tents for festivals, motorsport weekends and outdoor events across the UK. The service covers everything: tent supply, pitching before the event opens, optional add-ons for guests, and full pack-down and removal after the event closes.
Event organisers get a single point of contact and a clear quote. Attendees arrive to a ready-made tent. ZIP handles the rest.
ZIP was incorporated in August 2018 and has operated pre-pitched camping at UK events since then, including the British Grand Prix at Silverstone Circuit.

How we work

ZIP does one thing: supply and pitch camping tents for events. We pitch before the event opens, handle add-on kit, and clear everything after. No fuss, no unnecessary extras.
Family run
ZIP is operated by the Cowell family as part of RL Events Management Limited. The same people who answer your enquiry are the ones on site pitching the tents.

Sleeping bags
Sleeping bags are available as an add-on. After your stay, you can keep yours or donate it to support a local homeless charity through our donation programme. Ask us for details when you get in touch.
