When you use our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We also collect an optional phone number and your selected enquiry type if you provide them.

We do not collect or store payment card data. Where payment is required, this is handled by a third-party payment provider in accordance with their own privacy policy.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Respond to enquiries and booking requests you submit through our contact form or by email.
- Process and manage your booking for a Z-I-P pre-pitched camping experience.
- Send you information relevant to your booking, including confirmation, updates, and post-stay follow-up.
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it (analytics, subject to your consent).
Our lawful basis for processing contact and booking enquiries is a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Our lawful basis for analytics is your consent via the cookie consent banner.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Our hosting provider (Netlify) and Netlify Forms, which process and store enquiry submissions on our behalf.
- Google Analytics (GA4), where you have given consent via our cookie banner.
- Event organisers, where sharing is necessary to fulfil your booking at a specific event.
Any third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry and booking data for no longer than is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, fulfil your booking, and deal with any related follow-up queries or disputes. After this, your data is securely deleted.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
