Our commitment
Z-I-P is committed to making pre-pitched camping accessible to as many people as possible. We want every guest to have a comfortable, hassle-free experience at the events we attend.
Campsite accessibility
Campsite accessibility varies by event and is primarily determined by the event organiser. We work with event organisers to understand the campsite layout and will always share relevant information before you arrive.
If you have a disability, mobility restriction, or specific access requirement, please contact us before booking at hello@z-i-p.co.uk so we can discuss what may be available at your chosen event and how best to support you.
Website accessibility
This website is built to be as accessible as possible. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This includes:
- Keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements.
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
- Descriptive labels on all form fields.
- Clear heading structure on every page.
- Descriptive alt text on images.
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on this website, please let us know at hello@z-i-p.co.uk. We will investigate and aim to resolve issues promptly.
Contact us about accessibility
For any accessibility-related enquiry, whether about the website or our campsite service, please contact us at hello@z-i-p.co.uk. We aim to respond within two working days.
