Process

How It Works

ZIP manages pre-pitched camping end to end, from first enquiry through to post-event clear-up. Here is how the process works for event organisers.

  1. Event organiser contacts ZIP

Get in touch with your event dates, location, and an idea of how many tents you need. You can email or call. We will respond promptly.

  2. ZIP quotes and confirms

We'll come back with a clear quote covering tent supply, pitching and pack-down. Once confirmed, we lock in your event in the schedule.

  3. Tent sizes and add-ons agreed

We confirm the mix of 2-person, 4-person, 6-person and 8-person tents needed. Add-ons including sleeping bags, blow up beds, pillows and chairs are agreed at this stage.

  4. On-site logistics planned

ZIP works with the event organiser or site team to agree pitch locations, access arrangements and timing for delivery and setup.

  5. Tents pitched before doors open

ZIP arrives on site ahead of the event opening. Every tent is pitched, groundsheets laid, and any booked add-ons placed inside before guests arrive.

  6. Guests use the tents

Guests arrive to a ready-made tent. ZIP is available to deal with any on-site queries during the event.

  7. ZIP clears up after

After the event closes, ZIP breaks down every tent, removes all kit and leaves the site clean. Nothing left behind.
