Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by you

If you need to cancel your Z-I-P booking, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@z-i-p.co.uk, quoting your booking reference.

The notice period and refund amount that apply to your booking depend on the event and the terms agreed at the time of booking. These will be set out clearly in your booking confirmation. If you're unsure what applies to your booking, contact us at hello@z-i-p.co.uk and we'll confirm the terms that apply to you.

Cancellations by Z-I-P

If we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including event cancellation, force majeure, or severe weather, we will contact you as soon as we are able and will offer a full refund of any amounts paid to Z-I-P.

We are not responsible for refunding event tickets, travel, accommodation, or any other costs you have incurred independently of your Z-I-P booking.

Event cancellation by the organiser

If the event itself is cancelled by the event organiser, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options, which may include a full or partial refund of amounts paid to Z-I-P depending on costs already committed on your behalf.

Your event tickets are purchased separately. Any refund for event tickets must be sought directly from the event organiser.

Non-attendance

If you do not attend the event and have not cancelled in advance, your booking will be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed with us in writing in advance.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time of the refund being agreed. We'll confirm the expected timeframe when we agree your refund with you.
